Changing Players and Icons

I got sick and tired of my Winamp 5.06 ( yeah I know its old, but I don’t bother changing software that works ), and it did stop working correctly. Also I was looking for better library management features…..
I asked around in the chat and people told me itunes…. and I don’t know, I guess I’m turned off by all the hype of iPod that I want nothing to do with it, not even remotely!
So, I turned back to our good old Windows Media Player. Now, I didn’t bother messing with it before because back in the days it was horrible media player, and ugly, and bulky!.
I have to admit that I turn out to be prejudges! cause when I took the time to mess with it (and keeping in mind that I still have wmp9!!), I found that the hardworking people in Microsoft has actually done a good job. I got a good range of library management features, and, when visiting the skins downloads section , I found these 2 freaking awesome skins, The Xbox Live skin and XSN Sports skin

I loved the Xbox one (its cool plus my favorite team colors are black and yellow).

Ok, now that I have changed the music player, I fell into a tiny problem. I used to make all the .mp3 files have the winamp icons, and all the video files have the WMP icon (but still use other players :P ). What to do? time to change icon looks!

My search lead me to this site http://www.virtualplastic.net/scrow/ , where I downloaded their small icon changer “IconPhile”, a great program that let you choose any file extension and change its icon with another.
I got the icon changer, now I need some icons. Again, the search lead me to here http://www.crystalxp.net/galerie/en.4.cat.1.htm . I downloaded the “Pack 3D”, first one the list (yeah I’m lazy and I got better things to do, like sorting the music collection! <– read This to get the joke). I find this among the pile Hello my new mp3 icon!

my work here is done. I guess now I must do some programming to call today a productive one.
