A great book, filled with ideas and tips & tricks to make your life (easier I guess) by moving you from auto-piloting it to taking control. Based on workshops and short seminars on different subjects, this books brings you all the results of these workshops in easy short and totally independent from each other chapters (which I like). Chapters includes topics like how to make a good impact on people, increasing your creative juice, how to deliver bad news in a good way and how to take charge of things when they go bad (you know, instead of stressing all about it and just hope problems just slove themselves).
Another release from the same series is “The Mind Gym: Give Me Time”. Also a great book with tips on how to do more in less and solving the long age question “How can I have more time” (it wont give you more time, but it will make you feel good about the time you have and/or help you achive more in the same time).
